Paula MENSAH-WOODE ~ Schools & COLLEGES

Educator. Scientist. Motivator. — A Trusted Voice for Students, Teachers & Schools

Paula Mensah-Woode doesn’t step onto a school stage as an outside voice. She steps on as someone who has spent years in the building — in the classroom, on the committee, at the board table, and in the policy room. Here is her full school credential record.

01

Served on Multiple School Boards

Paula has served on seven school boards — spanning elementary, middle, high school, and technical college levels — participating in governance decisions that have impacted thousands of students.

02

Principal Advisory Board & Policy Consultant

Served on a Principal Advisory Board and has been hired as a policy advisor — helping create and shape academic policy, school culture frameworks, and student development strategy at institutions that specifically sought her expertise.

03

Multiple Year ~ SAC Member

Served on a School Accountability Committee (SAC) for 8 consecutive years — the Colorado governance body that reviews school performance data, advises on improvement plans, and holds schools accountable to community and state academic standards.

04

Strategic Consultant to Schools

Hired directly by several schools as a strategic advisor — working with principals and leadership teams on school culture design, student character development, and policy frameworks. She doesn’t just speak to schools; she helps them build the systems that make student success last.

05

Biological Scientist — Microbiology

With a degree in Biological Science and an emphasis in Microbiology, Paula absolutely lights up around science teachers and STEM students — and honestly, the room just comes alive! 🔬

06

Science and Math Instructor —

Paula doesn’t just speak to educators — she’s been one. As a former high school math and science teacher, she knows the long days, the heart poured into students, and the joy of watching them finally bloom. (She even subbed for science while raising her own kids — because once a teacher, always a teacher!)
